We all have people who inspire us, whether it's their personality, their work ethic or what job they do. The people we look up to as our role models help us in life more than they know, one of mine happens to be my brother Craig.

Neeson started to do small jobs and placements in various places when he was studying at Cambridge House Grammar School, furthermore when he came to do his placement year for university he went to NiTec Solutions in Antrim which offered him a graduate job at the time before he had even finished his placement.
Graduating with a 1st Class Honours in Computing from Ulster University in Coleraine, he went on to work for Liberty IT in Belfast for a number of months after graduation in 2017. Neeson was taken on as a Junior developer sitting in on meetings of clients and producing pieces of code for different pieces of work that the company had taken on.
Now, he is a software developer in NiTec Solutions in Antrim producing code for clients all over Northern Ireland and further a field. Neeson's work ethic is impeccable and his drive to help others produce the best things for their company is incredible. Therefore this, I emailed him a set of questions asking about his experience of being a Software developer and his thoughts on the job.

The response that he sent back to me was very informative and gave me an insight of how a software developer works and what is really needed to achieve the highest within the job.
He has became very successful within his field over the past few years and strives to be the best person he can be everyday.
