Do you know what happened in November 1963? I decided to outline the events of that day in an interactive timeline so no one could forget The Eternal president.

From experiencing Narrative story telling, I was tasked to create an online media experience for users to interact and engage with. After a long deliberation, I decided to outline the day of 22nd November 1963, the day President John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States of America was assassinated by Lee Harvey Oswald. As a keen historian, I have always been interested by the big events in history such as an event like this so I knew that others would be intrigued to see a timeline written down to the minute it happened.
"Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try." - John F Kennedy
I wanted the users to get the same experience as the people of Dallas and the entire of America on that day. By intertwining real life new broadcasts throughout the experience, the users will understand how quickly it all happened and the severity of the situation.
I created the timeline by having the users having scroll down to reveal the next part of the day "as it was happening" and then I ended the timeline with the Abraham Zapruder filming, dubbed the "most famous 26 seconds of film ever" of the President being assassinated with a warning attached to the gruesome footage to add a shock factor to the experience.
"I will do my best. That is all I can do. I ask for your help and God's." - 36th President Lyndon B Johnston

35th President of the United States of America, John Fitzgerald Kennedy
