Placement in Northern Ireland

Northern Ireland, "our wee country" is up and coming in the Media Industry with more and more shows choosing to film at Titanic Studios such as Game of Thrones and Line of Duty.

However, upon trying to find a placement for progression into my third year of university, I have ran into a few problems. Firstly, people don't respond to emails which isn't the best in a situation like this but what can you do, secondly Northern Ireland is small so many university students like me are fighting over those coveted placement opportunities.

I have emailed many people from UsFolk in Belfast to Outbox Graphix in Ballymena but have yet to be successful, I was shortlisted for two separate placements in Belfast City Skinworks Media Team and also Translink Media and Marketing team however both companies said their staff were at their maximum at the present time.

I am currently waiting for a reply from the TAGB - Taekwondo Association of Great Britain's Antrim Branch to see if I can do their Media for them and promote their two clubs in the Antrim Forum and Kells and Connor Community Centre.
